In a recent Ted.com talk Julian Treasure spoke about the importance of listening. The ability to actively listening is the most important aspect of any communication and can improve personal relationships, help to reduce conflicts, assist in understanding other peoples reality.
Bullying in schools is a worldwide problem and has been around for many years. Chances are you have experienced some sort of bullying during our school days too.

As you all know words are not just words. One word can destroy a person as well as lift him/her to sky and empower. So while I was browsing for some nice and meaningful quotes I came across some from the famous comic strip Peanuts. For those of you who don’t know this comic, Peanuts is a comic strip written and illustrated by Charles M. Schulz, which ran from October 2, 1950, to February 13, 2000. Some of the characters are Charlie Brown, Snoopy, Woodstock (the bird), Lucy Van Pelt.
